Settlement and will, 1904 and 1905
On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. Settlement between Nisa’ Baygum Jan, daughter of the late Fath‘ali, and her four great great-granddaughters, Mah Sultan, Fatimah, Gawhar (daughters of Lutf‘ali), and Khanum (daughter of Nasr Allah), exchanging one-third of a building for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Power of attorney given by Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin Nahhas [the copper dealer] known as Karbalayi ‘Abid [the devoted], son of Muhammad ‘Ali, to Muhammad Baqir ‘Attar [the herb seller], son of the late ‘Ali Munajjim [the astrologist], in order to manage his financial matters during his absence from Shiraz. Hajiyah Zivar Sultan's deposition on her settlement with her inheritors, 1906
Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan and former wife of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Alaqah-band [the silk dealer] from Shiraz) confirms that she settled her possessions with her inheritors for one tuman and some crystal sugar, with the condition that her possessions would belong to her while she is alive, and after her death, her inheritors should pay seven hundred and fifty tumans for her funeral costs and for charity as she desires.
